§ 22-83. Membership in Municipal Board of Examiners, Inc., of Polk County.

In addition to any other provisions in this Code dealing with the recognition of certificates of competency for the different construction trades, the city enters into the membership of the Municipal Board of Examiners, Inc., of the county for the express purpose of permitting and authorizing such board to administer competency examinations for the certification of the construction trades of plumbing, electrical, mechanical and building construction and for the issuance of certificates of competency for persons who engage in general contracting within the city.
