§ 22-85. Membership on municipal disciplinary action board.

The city establishes with other municipalities and enters into membership of the municipal disciplinary action board, organized under the provisions of F.S. § 489.131(7), for the express purpose of permitting the exercise of disciplinary control and oversight over locally licensed contractors, including the forwarding of a recommended order in each action to the construction industry licensing board to the extent required by law.
