§ 22-185. Applicability.

The provisions of this article shall apply to all areas of the city and every building or structure used in whole or in part as a dwelling unit or as two or more dwelling units, irrespective of the primary use of such building or structure and when such building or structure may have been constructed, altered or repaired.
