§ 2-4. Early voting.

The City of Polk City does hereby exercise its right to exempt the City of Polk City from the provisions of F.S. § 101.657 and shall contract with the Polk County Supervisor of Elections to conduct early voting for the City of Polk City at the office of the supervisor of elections and any other early voting sites the supervisor may establish.
