§ 42-78. Automatic alarm communication systems prohibited.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, business, partnership, association, corporation or other entity to install, maintain, or operate an automatic alarm communication system, as defined herein. The owner, operator or lessee of such a system shall disconnect such system within 72 hours of receiving notice to do so.

(b)

Failure to comply with this section shall constitute a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in F.S. ch. 775.
