§ 58-20. Enforcement of chapter; Florida litter law.

(a)

Law enforcement officers shall enforce the provision of this chapter and the Florida Litter Law pursuant to F.S. § 403.413(6)(1).

(b)

Code enforcement inspectors shall enforce the provisions of this chapter and the Florida Litter Law pursuant to F.S. § 403.413(7) "Enforcement by municipal employees." This section does not provide inspectors with the right to bear arms or make arrests.
