§ 58-6. Solid waste collection requirements.

The city will provide for solid waste collection and disposal requirements which may be stricter or more extensive than those imposed by state solid waste management programs, rules, regulations and orders pursuant to F.S. § 403.706(14), "Local Government Solid Waste Responsibilities."
