§ 62-35. Emergency standards for driveway construction.

(a)

Driveways which access a street or highway within the city shall be located, designed and constructed so that they are at least in conformance with the standards required by the county.

(b)

If any part of this article requires higher standards than the standards required by the county, the higher standard shall control.
