§ 6-5. Violation; penalty.

Latest version.

Except as provided in F.S. ch. 562, a violation of any provision of this chapter shall be punishable by a term of imprisonment not to exceed 60 days in the county jail or a fine of $500.00, or both such imprisonment and fine. When a violation of this chapter continues from day to day, every day of such violation shall be considered a new offense.
