§ 6-104. Certificate of zoning approval applications.

(a)

Applications for certificate of zoning approval shall be submitted to the appropriate officials designated by the city council. Such applications shall be accepted only when they comply with the requirements set forth in this section.

(b)

Certificate of zoning applications shall include the following:

(1)

A fully completed form furnished by the Lakeland office of the Division of Beverages, submitted in triplicate.

(2)

Legal description of the proposed site.

(3)

A plat or drawing, including the following information:

a.

Dimensions of the site.

b.

Location of all existing and proposed structures on the site.

c.

Location of any churches and schools within 1,500 feet of the property, and showing the distance between the properties.

(4)

An application processing fee, in cash or check, shall be made payable to the city in an amount as may be established by resolution of the city council.
