§ 74-226. Meter testing, calibration fee.

Upon request of the ratepayer and the payment of a fee of $150.00, any water meter shall be tested for accuracy and calibrated. If, upon testing, the meter is not within plus or minus three percent accurate, the meter shall be repaired and the $150.00 fee shall be returned to the ratepayer.
