In the event water utility service has been terminated or otherwise interrupted by
the city for nonpayment of account or if a customer appears on the cutoff list, a
charge of $55.00 is hereby imposed for the reconnection of water utility service.
If reconnection is requested outside the city's normal business hours, then the $100.00
after business hours activation fee, as described in section 74-256, also applies.
