§ 74-257. Delinquent charge.

Latest version.

A service charge of $10.50 shall be applied to a customer's bill if such bill is not paid upon delinquency. A bill is considered delinquent after 2:00 p.m. on the 25th of each month. Payments received after 2:00 p.m. are credited on the next business day.
