§ 74-260. Other miscellaneous charges.

The city hereby adopts six additional miscellaneous charges as follows:

(1)

Premises visit. A charge when a service representative visits the premises of the customer, which is hereby set at $40.00.

(2)

Grease trap surcharge. A charge for service costs and inspection of grease traps, which is hereby set at $65.00 plus contractor's fee.

(3)

RV dump fee. A fee imposed to RV owners who dump their waste tanks into the city's wastewater, which is hereby set at $5.00.

(4)

Account transfer fee. A charge to cover costs of transferring customer information from one account to another, which is set at $15.00.

(5)

Illegal water use (fine plus actual usage). Charges levied to an account for illegal water use, which is set at a $500.00 fine per event, plus the actual usage cost as would be calculated under the city's applicable rates.
