§ 74-95. Separate connections for each separate unit.

Each residential unit within the city, whether occupying one or more lots, and whether the unit occupies any lot or parcel jointly with any other residential unit, shall be considered a separate unit for the payment of sewage disposal fees, and separate connections shall be required for each individual unit.
